DailyQ #30: Has being an entrepreneur affected family life?

How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life? Troy Hoffman considers the sacrifices that often burdens entrepreneurs who lack the framework to balance their life.

Lets get real, raw and relevant. I don't have a family and I've yet to get married. For decades now my pursuit has been building company's. In the process I've learned how to create an amazing life, take care of my body, fuel my mind, and fill my spirt. Investing so much time there has pushed my relationships to the backseat.

The amount of energy, time, focus and work demanded of an entrepreneur weighs on relationships.

Finding the right person is key. You must create balance in your life and space for a relationship. I've screwed up so many, because I didn't have the right framework of how to operate successfully in all areas.

  1. How do you take care of your body?
  2. How do you take care of your being?
  3. How do you take care of your balance?
  4. How do you take care of your business?

Through coaching, clearing triggers, and seeking clarity on what I want in my life, I've been able to more effectively establish true connections and balance my life.

Being present for 5 minutes looking into your partners eyes can create true loving connection. Ask your significant other to share what their feeling. Living in that brief moment will transform your relationship.

Now go and live your destiny!
