DailyQ #46: Staying healthy while running a business

How do you stay healthy under the insanity of running a business? In this week’s special series, Troy Hoffman highlights the three main areas you should focus on for optimal health. Troy promises that if you focus on these key factors, you will notice amazing changes almost immediately.

The list goes like this: First and foremost, are you adequately hitting your sleep target? Are you clear on the amount of sleep you need to wake up feeling refreshed? I spent months studying my sleep patterns to learn how to master the art of sleep.

Hydration is the next component of ensuring you have maximum energy. Are you adequately hydrating? Believe it or not, some people are unable to absorb water by simply drinking it.

After sleep and hydration, we dive into nutrition. Are you aware of your food intolerances? Personally, I get ridiculously congested when I have gluten, dairy or eggs. And it lasts for days and sometimes weeks. Discovering this about myself has drastically improved my energy so that I am able to have the stamina to run my businesses successfully.

So my question is, are you fully aware of what your body needs to perform at its highest ability day in and day out?
