Mistakes

Mistakes.

You can't avoid them all.

They will happen and they'll be painful AF.

Prepare yourself to accept the consequences, communicate with your team, and apologize, that’s the reality in the beginning of the company.

I used to joke all the time that my job was to walk around all day saying “ IT’S OK, I’M SORRY, HOW MUCH?”

Most of my days for years were filled with me saying, “IT’S OK” to the team or the clients, “we will fix this, no problem.”

I would say “I’M SORRY” over and over again for internal employees screw ups that I would have to fix and face the wrath of the clients.

THEN...THE FINAL COMMENT... “HOW MUCH?” How much is this one going to cost us to fix?

You see... you are going to pay for the lessons one way or another.

Pay for the education from one of two teachers, from Experience or from Someone that can Guide you through it.

To avoid the big mistakes in life, the entrepreneur must be a seeker of knowledge and apply that knowledge.
