I Am A Leader, Not A Savior

“One of the biggest shifts that is occurring in my life right now as a leader, as a human, as an individual is the realization: “I am a leader not a savior.”

I cannot carry other people’s burdens.

I cannot change other people’s habits.

I cannot do for them what they should do for themselves.

If you are reading this today, I can only pour the lessons I am learning into your life.

I will not be able to save you from your problems.

And that applies to you as well with the people in your life.

You cannot carry other people’s burdens.

You cannot change other people’s habits.

You cannot do for them what they should do for themselves.

You can try as hard as you want to give as much as you can. But if you give away all of you, all your resources, all your food, all your money... at some point you will burn out and you will end up not building or helping anyone anymore

If you want to change other people’s lives, don’t enable them. Guide them and teach them how to grow and have a great life on their own.
