I've spent my entire life around this. My Dad was sick as a kid, so he became focused on what to eat and when. Despite my knowledge, I crashed around age 35 and had to dive deep to transform my own life.
Every diet to every person is something different.
Get clear! Thorough testing can reveal intolerances and allergies that will help you better understand your body. Look at detox programs so you can slowly re-introduce foods to your system. You may need to cut sugar or dairy from your diet. Cut the processed foods from your life - it destroys our bodies! Eating things from the earth is the key.
So, where are you going to start? Your diet has to be specific to you.
Test, test, test! You've got to become your best doctor. Get to know your body and how it responds to different foods. Identify all these areas of your life to truly move yourself forward.
