#1. How do you get quarterly and yearly planning truly going?

Not just some BS ideas like “here are our top 5 goals”.

But really figure out the top 5 goals that breakdown into each quarter and each quarter to each month and each month to each week.

Then applying it to the quarterly, weekly and daily meetings.

Really casting a vision and getting clear on the direction you and your team are taking.
