“How can I create the time to add workouts during the week?”

“Can I dedicate 15 minutes to do a quick session 3 times a week? Every day?”

“How can I make better choices when eating out/being on the road?”

“What do I need to learn about nutrition to even understand what’s best or not for me and my body?”

“How can I support myself in the goal of getting my body healthier?”

“How can I make more money to be able to afford supplements/organic/natural foods?”

“What are the options that I can afford and that I am not seeing because I haven’t taken the time or energy to think about my body?”

Focus on finding solutions instead of telling yourself the same stories that have only taken you so far.

You can only neglect your body for so long.

Reality will eventually hit you hard and it won’t be pretty.
